SHIPPING INFORMATION

We deliver to Spain, Andorra, Portugal, and other countries in the European Union.

  1. Delivery hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  2. Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours.

SHIPPING TIME AND COSTS for orders from SPAIN, ANDORRA, AND PORTUGAL

Shipping to the customer’s address by GLS-España, with transport tracking.

The shipment will be prepared within the first 24 business hours, and the transporting time will be 24 hours for the National Peninsula and 48 to 72 hours for the Portuguese Peninsula.

Shipments in the Peninsula are free for orders reach €60.

Shipments to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands are free for orders over €100. For orders below the mentioned amounts, the cost of transport appears in the shopping cart. The price varies according to the destination and the weight of the purchased products.

SHIPMENT TO OTHER EU COUNTRIES SUCH AS FRANCE,GERMANY,ITALY, AND MORE.

Shipping to the customer’s address through GLS-España, with transport tracking. . The shipment will be prepared within the first 24 business hours, and the transporting time will be 2 to 4 days.

Delivery is free for orders reach €100. For these orders less than the mentioned amounts, the cost of transport appears in the shopping cart. The price varies according to the destination and the weight of the purchased products.

RETURN INFORMATION

  1. You have 14 days to request a return starting from the delivery date

  2. Before proceeding the return, contact us by email: empacka1@gmail.com, providing your order number, product photos, and the reason for the return.

  3. Within three days of receiving the return, we will process the refund. Returns are free for the customer.

  4. We will refund the whole amount, including shipping costs.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

1). Returns without prior notice or proof of return.

2). Expired return period (14 natural days).

3). Visibly used or damaged products will not be accepted.

4). If a delivery has been attempted one time but customer missed the reception, the customer should contact with the logistc company to request the another delivery or go to the logistc station for picking the package, if not, the package will be return to us. but we won´t take the responsibility of those costs occured.

If a return occurs because the customer ordered the wrong product, the customer will be responsible for the initial shipping cost, as well as all shipping costs incurred in the return.
